PERSONAL FLYING WEBSITE

The creation of the website was a special tribute to Wm "Turbo" Tarling (my father) who has spent more than half a century enjoying his passion for flying. He also holds the World Record for total flight hours in a T-33 (still his favourite jet).

After retirement from the air force, he continued flying as a firefighter pilot for Airspray in Cold Lake, Alberta. Turbo continues to fly, even in his 70s, mostly as part of the flight crew for JAM, the Jet Aircraft Museum.

The site was created in order to provide an online educational and historical reference by sharing the wealth of archival material Turbo has kept throughout his entire flying career.

With litterally thousands of photos, plus countless published and perviously unpublished articles  to sort through, the website is very much a continuing work in progress as more and more material will be added whenever time between his flight schedules allows.

We hope you will have a chance to visit the site as it continues to grow, providing some insightful information from Turbo's long (and on-going) flying career.
